HIVE publishes dynasty fantasy football rankings, analysis, and tools for informational and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the site is betting, gambling, or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make based on our content are your own.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy in bulk, or use automated tools to collect content or data from the site;
• submit automated, fake, or spam mock drafts, or otherwise try to manipulate crowd ADP;
• interfere with the site, get around its access limits or security, or overload it;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure, since that is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

When you complete a mock draft that is saved to our servers, you give HIVE permission to use the picks and settings, combined with other drafts, to calculate and publish crowd ADP and related analysis. Crowd ADP does not identify who made a pick. We may exclude drafts that look automated or abusive. See our Privacy Policy for what we store.

The site's articles, rankings, data, hit-rate study, graphics, logos, and design belong to HIVE Fantasy or its licensors. You may read and share links to our content and quote short excerpts with credit to HIVE Fantasy. Do not republish, sell, or reuse our content or data without written permission. Player names and team marks belong to their respective owners.

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rankings, projections, and hit rates are opinions and estimates. We do not promise the site will always be available or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIVE Fantasy and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or its content. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

We may suspend or end access to the site or to an account that breaks these terms or harms the site or other users. You can stop using the site at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
